Strawberry Mint Blast Superfood Shake
Ingredients
· 5 Leaves Mint
· 1 1/2 Cups Strawberries
· 1/2 Avocado
· 1/4 Cup Almonds or Cashews
· 1 Tablespoon Chia Seeds
· 1/2 Teaspoon Cinnamon
· 1 Tablespoon Coconut Oil
· 1 1/2 Cups Unsweetened Almond Milk
· 1-2 Tablespoons Superfood Shake
Directions
1. Blend in a Strong blender until Liquefied
2. Swish first drink in mouth for 20-30 seconds to prepare stomach and then enjoy!
