Organ Flush Protocols

In addition to high quality herbal cleanses, we have these whole food organ flushes that we use in combination with our cleanse protocols. These can be natural, inexpensive ways for your clients to support their journey in restoring, rebuilding, and repairing to achieve optimum health.

Liver Flush

Ingredients: The juice of 3 oranges, 2 lemons and 5oz of olive oil. Peel and juice the oranges and lemons. Drink this first thing in the morning; do not eat for 2 hours. Repeat for 3 days.

Gall Bladder Flush

Drink 8 oz of unfiltered apple juice every 2 hours starting at 9 am and ending at 9 pm for 2 days. At the end of the 2nd day drink 3oz of olive oil with 1 inch square piece of ginger root (juiced) and the juice of ½ of a lemon. Drink, lay down on the right side and curl up in a loose fetal position.

This will eliminate gall stones from rice size to cherry tomato size. It will take 2 or 3 flushes to clear gallstones completely.

Pancreas Flush

Drink 1/3 tsp of ground nutmeg in ¾ cup of warm water, stir well. Drink this 1st thing in the morning for 5 consecutive days. If detox symptoms occur eat a baked potato, this acts as a sponge soaking up the detox residue.

Sore Throat Remedy

Ingredients: 1 clove of garlic about the size of your thumb ran through a press, 1 level teaspoon of cayenne powder and 1 tablespoon of honey. Mix these ingredients together. Take 1 teaspoon after another until gone. Hold the mixture in mouth as a long as tolerable. This may be repeated multiple times for relief. This is great for bacterial, fungal or viral related problems in the throat. Many times the cause of a sore throat is the body’s inability to excrete mucous fast enough. This can be addressed by limiting the amount of dairy and starchy foods consumed.

Epsom Salts and Ginger Therapy Bath

This bath opens pores, eliminates toxins and also helps to relieve pain. 2 pounds of Epsom salts dissolved in hot bath water. Then 2 tablespoons of ginger placed in a coffee cup, bring water to a boil, poor boiling water into coffee cup, stir until dissolved completely, then pour the water and ginger mixture into tub. Make sure ginger is displaced in water not floating on top. Do not remain in the tub for more than 30 minutes.
