1/2 cup elderberries
2 cup water
1 teaspoon ginger
1 Tablespoon Cinnamon
1/2-3/4 cup honey
Combine Elderberries, water, ginger, cinnamon.
Boil for 25-30 minutes.
Remove from heat and let cool slightly.
Drain Elderberries out of mixture.
Mix with honey while warm and whisk together.
Store in fridge for 3 months. Enjoy!
