Berry Green Superfood Shake


Ingredients

· Handful of Spinach

· 1/2 Small Beet

· 1 Cup Blueberries, unsweetened

· 1/2 Avocado

· 1/8 Teaspoon Ground Ginger or 1-inch chunk of ginger root

· 1/8 Teaspoon Ground Turmeric

· 1 Cup Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk

· 1-2 Tablespoons Superfood Shake

Directions

1. Blend in a Strong blender until Liquefied

2. Swish first drink in mouth for 20-30 seconds to prepare stomach
