Becca’s Cinnamon Superfood Shake

Ingredients

· Handful of Blueberries

· Handful of Spinach

· 1/2 Avocado

· 1/2 Small Beet

· 8-10 oz. Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk

· ½-1 Teaspoon Cinnamon

· 1-2 Tablespoons Superfood Mix

Directions

1. Blend in a Strong blender until Liquefied

2. Swish first drink in mouth for 20-30 seconds to prepare stomach
